Overview
At Afterglow Milano, your satisfaction matters to us. Our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair and consistent with health and hygiene standards across the cosmetics industry.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept change of mind returns. This is in line with standard health and hygiene regulations which exist to protect every customer.
Unopened products in their original undamaged packaging with all seals intact may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Final sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order at support@afterglowmilano.au and we will make it right with a full refund or exchange.
Return Condition
Cosmetic products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, unopened and unused, with all product seals intact to avoid contamination and hygiene risks. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products with broken or removed seals
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable delivery method as Afterglow Milano is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
How to Initiate A Return
To initiate a return please contact our support team at support@afterglowmilano.au before sending any items back. Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions if approved. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refunds and Processing Timeframes
Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be received and processed. You will be notified via email once complete. Afterglow Milano does not operate on public holidays and returns will be processed the following business day.
AfterPay / Alternative Payment Method Returns
AfterPay and alternative payment method returns follow the same process. Your payment agreement remains in effect and scheduled repayments will continue until the return is processed.
